What is the dress code?

Our wedding is semi-formal and will take place outdoors, so dress accordingly! Keep in mind it can get chilly at night (at least Chelsea thinks so!) so please bring a sweater/prepare if you run on the colder side/have desert skin.

Where should I stay?

We recommend booking accommodations in McHenry, Wauconda, Island Lake, Barrington, Crystal Lake, or along the Fox River. Visit our Travel page for recommendations.

Is there parking at the venue?

Parking is limited as the venue is in a neighborhood, but street parking is available. We encourage carpooling when possible!

What kind of food will be served?

We’re serving a Portillo’s buffet-style dinner—get ready for some delicious Chicago-style eats!

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! We will have an open bar all night. Cheers! 🥂

What happens after the ceremony?

After we say "I do," enjoy a cocktail hour, followed by the reception with dinner, drinks, and dancing! Visit the Wedding Day page for more info!

Do you have a wedding registry?

We are not doing a traditional registry, as we are saving for a honeymoon to Hawaii! If you’d like to contribute, please visit our Registry page!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that our celebration remain adult-only, with the exception of immediate family children. If you have any questions regarding this, please reach out to Phil.
